“At check in the property did not have the room type we reserved. So we agreed to a room with fewer amenities and negotiated a lower price. The room was not clean. We had a fireball shooter and candy wrappers on the floor. Stains on the bedding. The smoke detector was taken apart and covered with a plastic bag. And the curtain pulls were broke. The breakfast was two kinds of cold cereal, about 5 bite size muffins and some hard boiled eggs in the fridge. But after seeing how poorly it was...
